No refund for non delivery

1

We are angry at USPS in Nov. 2020 we mailed a package to Sudan. 86 days later the package was returned to us. We try to get our $107.05 back as a refund for non-delivery. We call USPS to see how to get it and get the correct form. Getting through to USPS making them understand took us weeks. Finally got answers, to why our package was not deliver, and finally the correct form. Today as we were told to do is to go to our post office. They said sorry no refund. Really, they stole our money and we are seniors on a limited funds. All we want is what is costed us to shipped it not the contents in which they were spoil anyway. (Chocolate candy) So if anyone uses the USPS for any foreign packages, DON'T! They do not deliver and they do not refund.
