Started out Partner with Tom then Paul and wrote letters to both at address given but have not received a response from either nor a refund. Have submitted dispute of charge to credit card in amount of $49.00 and on credit card billing came from a company named GLOBALINVESTCC.COM. The number given is a repeating voice message and can not get a real person to answer. Have waited since May 31, 2013 for a refund to either pay pal account or credit card or via email for a response and have not heard anything.
