No refund after tracking says it had been received on the 17th of July

I tried to ring to complain and no joy ! I have WhatsApp and Facebook messenger with the same complaint that I have not received the refund And my parcel was received on the 17th of July which now is over the 15days recommendation for my refund! I have proof of posting but no one is even responding to me User's recommendation: Non.
