No receipt of our order.

On 15th March we emailed you with an order for Hushed Sea Tea. The cost was $34.95 + $10.29 shipping. This was paid through by Pay Pall. We tried to contact you through customerservice@***.com. As at 15th April we have had no communication from you except a thankyou for the order which had been sent, but so far the THE GOODS HAVE NOT ARRIVED. Please reply and advise what has happened to our order, which stated clearly our name and address which is A.S. MEDLAND 87/27 WAIGANI STREET BLI BLI 4560 QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA Awaiting your response.
