I ordered the part for our furnace and it's been a week. I should have known that something was wrong with this company as they don't have a phone number to call for help or assistance. At this point I think I've been had for $65. I would not order again from them. I cannot access anything without opening an account. I don't need an account I need the part. It's going to be -15 again and that fan motor is what we hoping to get as soon as possible without calling a furnace guy out. Not sure why this needs a 100 word minimum. This site makes me wonder about this as well. What's the deal with a 100 words?
