No paper and can’t cancel subscription

I haven't received a single paper since I subscribed 2 weeks ago. Customer service is less than helpful, refuses to let me cancel my subscription via email even though I work and can't call during the hours that I can talk to an actual person. I've had to dispute the charge on my card since they refuse to work with me. User's recommendation: Don't buy it.
