No Order confirmation

I placed an order but never got an Order Confirmation Number, it's not for tracking, but for transaction. I wanted to call The Fresh Market to see if they could add a Happy Birthday sign to the cake I ordered, but without a number there is no way to find it until the same day when the shopper from Instacart goes to pick up my order.
