No one will continue to speak with me on the phone and have called 6 times and even on their website no one will get back to me.

After going through the drive-thru today around 3:00 p.m. and getting home with my incorrect order and cold hard french fries I called to lodge a complaint and when I told them the problem they no longer spoke back to me without hanging up and each time I tried back no one would answer and this went on for six phone calls. I went to the website and it said in the queue I was number one but I waited and waited and no one texted me also there was no receipt so I had to take a picture. back.go would text me back w User's recommendation: Go somewhere else!
