No one to contact

I have called for the past 3 months and also cancelled my subscription and they are still charging me for a product that O no long wish to receive. I have sent 2 back unopened and just was charged again and have not received anything this time.I want a refund of 3 months of $12.81. User's recommendation: Do not sign up.
