I am a patient of American HomePatient where I get my C-Pap supplies. A month ago, I had a sleep study done. My doctor prescribes 2 changes for American HomePatient to make. I normally fax these prescriptions to the local office located in Roswell, GA. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to fax these prescriptions to them from my home and from a local mail store. I have 3 fax numbers for them (866-839-0102, 877-598-1846, and 678-417-9226). None of these faxes will work. I have tried calling them on all their numbers. The response I get is “We are helping other patients right now.”. If I can ever get in touch with them I know they are going to cite the weather (snow) as their excuse for not taking phone, or fax, calls. The greater Atlanta area has only received snow 2 out of the last 14 days. With 2 days for snow and 2 days for the weekend, what about the other 10 days? Isn’t anyone in their office?
