No one answers the phone!

My city (Alhambra, CA) now requires us to deal with Republic directly for payment and all questions/issues and I am currently on hold on the phone with them for 1.5 hours on a Wednesday afternoon (typically the best time to call a company). What a waste of time - who knows if anyone will ever pickup! All I need is a simple bulk pick up for 1 item and website/chat is useless for that. This is what happens when a company knows the customer has no choice to go elsewhere. While waiting on hold, am just adding my review about their 'service' to as many websites as possible!e answersNoNo on
