I am suppose to set-up a MY CHART account so that I can assist care with my elderly mother. Everytime I call over there [protected]) I sit on hold for 25-35 minutes and then hang up in frustration!!! I've called there 3X in the last 3 days!!! Hire some F*****ing people to answer your phones!!! Those people make $12-14/hr. Take a couple million out of the CEO pay!! For that kind of money, you could hire over a hundred more customer service phones answered!!! Don't you people know what the hell is going on with your company!!! Have them call me for a change as I've waited on hold almost 2 hrs. [protected]
