Looking for last Friday's newspaper... never delivered. Called newspaper same day--could not get cust service ("high volume of calls"). Recording said they would credit me a paper- and notify paper delivery person. Did hear from paper delivery person the next day... he said he just "slept in" and was "sorry". User's recommendation: make sure to call the paper every time you miss a paper so they can keep track of the carrier, give you credit for your paper -and have a history of your zip code deliveries.
