No Msrp sticker on window

The color of the vehicle and the body style of the vehicle was not available at the dealership that I was purchasing my vehicle from. So they did a dealer exchange and the vehicle came without a MSRP WINDOW STICKER, stating all the features and package the vehicle comes with. The sales manager told me that they would order it from the head office, and that it would only take a week. That was on April 30th. It has been 17 days and no sticker tag. Truly irritated! I have been calling and speaking to him yet no tag. User's recommendation: Get everything in black and white before signing.
