My payroll service for accountants has always had a special customer service number you could call when you needed assistance. They took this away and now only have chat options. My issue too me over five hours of my time to resolve which could have been handled in 10 minutes worth of phone conversation. Clearly they value their time much more than mine. User's recommendation: Get a live person to talk to other than a sales person which you can get on the phone immediately by the way.
