No monogrammed harness.

I ordered a Personalized Harness. After waiting weeks for the harness to be delivere the harness was finally delivered. The detachable name tags were blank. Customer support told me I did not type in any name or phone number on my order form. If so, then why did it take weeks to finally ship ? We can't talk via their support phone number because it tells you to email them. Emails to them are dead ended and I receive the message: Your emails are undeliverable and the server has rejected your email. User's recommendation: Shop locally & you can get the same harness for less with monogramming.
