on April 14 I ordered 8 puzzles which you charged to my account. I have called 3 times and was always told preparing for shipment. These were gifts. Called again today and was told same thing preparing for shipment. This is unacceptable since you have had my money for ONE MONTH and no shipment in sight. Ugh zuily.
