Ordered mattress on 3/31/21. Order said 6 weeks for delivery. At 6 weeks I emailed for ship date. On 5/10/21 they emailed me that it would ship on the 11th on may. About 10 days later I emailed again for an update.24 hours later a customer rep. called to tell me they went sending the mattress because they don't ship to my zip code. It's now been aprox. eight weeks since the order date, and they billed the credit card March 31. As of june 4th still no sign of my refund. these people are crooks. sinece since sine User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere.
