Please be sensitive with this situation, since I decided to buy some items with you this processes has been ver hard, last sunday I recieved a mail from you indicating that I have received a refund, almost a week and my bank account hasn't reflect the refund, I asked for help in your facebook, but you block me!! Is that a signal that I won't get my money back?. Please, the only thing I want is my money, refund it and this will be finish, but I need your special support. .........................More than 10 emails asking for mi refund and nothing!!, always is a system issue, the same excuse for all the defrauded users. Now a legal complaint with the court of Atlanta and other in whasington are on the way... And let me guess, you will ask for an email to hello@***.com or support@***.com, the same trash!
