Internet went out, called spectrum, tech comes out and replaces modem. Next day internet went out again. Called support, resent signal worked again. Next day internet went out, called again, sent 2 techs and rewired from pole to house. Tested speeds on phone, worked great. Later internet went out. Checked speeds on all other devices and the highest was 11.7. Called again and told spectrum has an outage and will call me when fixed. NO CALL!! Been 4 days no internet and no call
