Ordered a monogrammed jacket on 9/25/18 for 11/6/18 bday. It is 11/5/18. No response. Emailed no response. Phone call no response. Ok so you made a postal label on 9/25/18 and swiped my account taking my money with no problem. That's not proof that you sent the item! I never receive the email you said I would get indicating my shipment had been processed.Now you all of a sudden have fallen off the face of the earth. Worst part there is NOTHING I can do about it. I purchased the item from you because a friend of mine on Social Media recommended you. NEVER AGAIN. I may take you to small claims court so this will stop. Actually everyone that has this same problem with you should all get together in a class action suit and sue you clean out of business.There are quite a few out there who have had their money stolen from I Love Jewelry. I plan to post on as many sites as I can that this is a scam company that steals your money. I want my money back now!
