No hot water/ soft lock out

We had a soft lockout on our unit and with the help of text services we diagnose it and found that we had a loose connection on one of our anode rods TECH SERVICE was an excellent help . Not sure why your email heading says pissed customer but I wasnt pissed although I did find that amusing,
