I usually buy Duncan Hines because of the quality of your product. However, always Pillsbury angel food cake. So, I decided to try your sngel food cake. My complaint...no high altitude directions on the box. It says to go to your website...no high altitude directions on website, called USA customer service... can't find high altitude directions, called Canadian customer service... they were ableto give me the recipe directions. You just lost a customer!!! User's recommendation: Print it on the box like every other cake manufactor.
