No help with customer service!

I need to return products. No easy process to return them. I contacted the customer service to get an authorization number , the person sent me to another link.service@***.com. I sent an-email to get the authorization number, I hope I get it fast. Also service@***.com have a phone number which I tried. The number is wrong because it is about insurance.
