The vacuum I Purchased is a nightmare to take apart to clean and to put back after Cleaning. I tried for over an hour and still not able to Put it together. Needless to say the customer rep knew nothing about the product and kept guessing. He would not put me thru to someone who knows about eureka. Horrible service. Will not ever purchase a vacuum made by this company n
