No help for Return

I had contacted LookFantastic over a week ago now as they put through an order twice and taken out a lump some of money out of my account for this. I have been waiting for a returns code as you cant even do this yourself and now having to wait longer just to return a parcel I never ordered. User's recommendation: Not recommended.
