no hassle delivery

I ordered a bedroom set online. My order number is [protected]. I received notification that two of my items, the nightstand and headboard, would be sent Fedex and would need to be assembled. I paid for no hassle delivery. I called customer service yesterday and was told that no one could guarantee that the delivery men who were delivering the rest of my furniture would be able to assemble these two items. I am 71 years old and live alone. I cannot assemble furniture. The rep told me maybe some family members could help me!!! I will pay extra if necessary but I want these items assembled. I never would have ordered this had I known assembly wasn't guaranteed on all items.
