Hard to contact their service center due to their phone line always busy. Give up to call them. Their delivery partner is a big problem , just can emailed them but no reply after emailed. I purchased my order on 7/7/2021 until now still dint receive my parcel. I request Lazada to refund my money but they not allow. Can't refund money &; dint receive parcel, nobody answer you , what happen for my parcel ???? I already waiting my parcel More than 1 mth .
