No explanation for canceling my trip and not giving refund

This company is a joke. Canceled my trip two days before we go for Mothers Day and now wont give refund for over a week and a half and when trying to soeak to someone, they cant give me any answers! Airbnb is a joke. The worse costumer service I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and book through bookings.com or a website like that. Atleast they care about their customers User's recommendation: Do not use them!
