To be a company that has control of our power and no real plan in place to ensure people's safety this is unacceptable.There are no Warning whatsoever when you are going to shut off the power and that's just Dangerous,No way to talk to a live person just a computer voice-mail that does nothing if you live in a Extended stay hotel you don't have an ESI id number again poor management What about the fact that you cut power to poor neighborhood's and left Rich Neighborhood's with power again Unacceptable im going to my friend who is a Lawyer and Running for Dallas City council to look into this and i promise you remember this day when im done exposing Whomever is responsible for this poor plan in place to protect our people someone will pay by losing there job.Im also going to contact every media outlet and have them do a story on just how poor of a Emergency plan you had in place someone must be held accountable..This is just Ludacris not to have a better plan to warn and take care of your customer's.
