No Downloaded Software & Receipt Sent to Customer ///// After placing & Paying for order

Please note, that I placed an on-line web order on Tuesday Morning, 07.13.2021, & still HAVE NOT received any software downloaded data/programs, or any copy of a receipt for purchase. Total approximate cost was + $99.00 for several software programs. The purchases were placed on a Visa Card. Since I have not received any follow-up, information, or receipt, I do not know what your reference order or contract ID # is. I request that you promptly sent me all downloaded software products that I have already paid for, & a copy of your company receipt.
