No delivery and nasty/rude customer service

Had not recvd. my Sunday paper for weeks from the period of 1/2021 thru 3/2021. Just recvd. a final bill for $23. Upon calling customer service, spoke with a rep who was extremely nasty/rude. Stated that I WILL PAY THE BILL OR ELSE. Sounds like a threat to me! If the cost of postage was not so high, I would send them 2300 pennies in a box. User's recommendation: Save time and aggravation. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!
