No delivery after 2 months, no response to many emails

I ordered two months ago, about $120 worth of stuff, tracking says it's still sitting in their warehouse. I've been emailing, maybe 40 or 50 times, no response. I've tried contacting their chat online support, but it's just a useless bot. I've never been able to get a refund, my items posted, or any kind of response from customer service. It seems like this entire site is acting as a scam right now.
