Had a specific problem on my 99 Corvette. Had read the reviews, but because of working on vehicles as a hobby for most of my life, thought that perhaps it would be usable. Tried to look up the specific issue (ignition switch) and kept on being sent over to steering column information (ignition switch on dashboard) with no mention of ignition switch but just steering column information as one would expect. After 30 minutes trying various methods to get information on ignition switch, I tried to cancel subscription but only option was refund for a 30 min subscription. Time will tell whether that works suitably. Use to purchase shop manuals for all vehicles owned, but when that ended up with 12 volumes per vehicle (yes major exaggeration but feels that way) I thought this might be a better approach. But it was Not for me. User's recommendation: Does not work as advertised, but assume must work for some. Purchase with guarded expectations.
