Good Day. I have loaded my Home Prepaid Wifi, Home Surf 99 yesterday. This morning it's limited connection and I checked my Globe At Home App, it says 317.71 mb left. I'm the only user of our wifi, and I just loaded it yesterday. Home Surf 99 supposed to have 11 GB of data, right? So how come the data decreased so much? I checked the dashboard, it's full. But why it doesn't have any data left? Please, I need an internet connection right now. Hoping for your reply.
