NO Customer Service / Returned product but my money not refunded

Product did not work with my pool. Called and got a RMA# within allotted 15 day return period. Received an email that stated they received my return, would check it out to make sure it was in new condition (it was in perfect new condition in original packing) and to allow 10-14 days for refund to show. 20 days later, I cannot reach them by phone, email (replied to their email only to have it "Denied/ no-reply email address"). Found a LOT of other mad folks online, and found a phone number for the company. You get a recording telling you for questions go to their website...which offers NO Customer Service email or contact info. I have just reported them to my bank to get the charge reversed. I have the email showing they received their product back. I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. At least do your research on them before purchasing.SCAMCAMStasS User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
