No cooking facility and numerous issues

On the day of arrival we noticed our cooker wasn't working and reported it straight away but no one came, it took 8 days and reporting daily, eventually contacting head office to get someone to look at it and fix the oven, the grill still didn't work repair man said he would order a part and it would be at the most three days but on day 14 (departure day) still not fixed. So it cost an absolute fortune eating out or take away with a family of 6, as we had no oven Also not enough bedding for our booking even though it was booked one year in advance. Also asked for easy access as my father is disabled and put on a hill three caravans up. I think it's disgusting as we paid for a better grade of caravan and not a sun holiday £1386 is a lot of money
