No Contact With DropBox

It looks like there is a security issue and I cannot access any shared files within our company. The company paid for me to have upgraded service and Dropbox keeps asking if I want to upgrade. Whenever I want to make a change Dropbox asks for my email and says I should be receiving a reply but I never receive the sent email. Since 4/1 I've had no access to important documents. forms. etc. User's recommendation: Dropbox is great until something goes wrong....
