No contact or phone service, no customer service

have been calling lifelock for days and have consistently been put on hold for over 60 minutes. Cannot change my information and found out that one of my credit cards has been compromised with no notification from lifelock. Member services or the portal site offers no help or ability to edit my information nor cancel my account. Will contact my credit card company of my inability to cancel, contact or delete my information online or otherwise. Also, will report to consumer fraud line about this inconsistency of service but still have automatic payments taken out of my account by my credit card. using te excuse that due to cov19 time wait is long and should log on to my account online. However no information or assistance to do so or update, edit or print out billing info. Due to the fact that no one answers the phone we cannot get any answers. No chat room. Consistently tell us the wait time is to so ridiculous they just keep informing me to WAIT ON LINED. WHAT A JOKE. Read some reviews, and they all are saying the same things; this is anunreliablee company that signs you up, take yours money with ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE OR PROTECTION. This company service is currently dead in the water and reps that I have received in the past, were foreign agents who do not speak English, rude and hang up on you. Continual contact is null and void. Will contact my bank and credit card of this unsavory company with valuable information. Advise you to call back, which is a joke. Frozen customer with discuss over their lack of understanding and service. B. Rezendes User's recommendation: never will recommend company to anyone.
