No confirmation of order but payment was deducted

My name is Ruth villanueva I ordered at foodpanda app at chowking calasiao highway city mall, they did not get any confirmation of my orders to be pick up, and I entered my payment it says failed. I keep trying many time and still says failed, but when I check my bank account the amount of my orders was deducted and I even called my bank and they said it went thru but how come I did not even receive any confirmation about our orders and how can we pick up the orders if they wont give us confirmation. U have to solve this issue. Or this is a fraud.
