No compassion, horrible customer service

My mortgage was switched to FCB while going thru a rough time since then I've gotten foreclosure letters when I'm only 1paymetn past due making my way to being current. Explained to this incompetent branch that I'm going thru a divorce and I hear them typing but I'm asked the same sensitive question every time I call to make a payment. document and stop asking dumb questions. This is hurtful and then the letters start coming. I've never experience this from any other banks. Immature, smart mouth young chatter girls that should be working fast food not handling someone's financial accounts is the customer service you get.
