No communication what so ever

i have ordered a birthstone necklace for my mom for mothers day and her birthday , however this website will not let me check the status of my order! i sent customer service and email twice and no response! this is not how you treat paying customers if you want them to continue purchasing items from the store and their not cheap either , your paying alot of money for small items! i wish i would have went somewhere else to purchase a gift especially since im having trouble getting information on something that i paid for already!! not to happy with this service! here it is 3 days before mothers day and 7 days from her birthday and i wont have her gift! come on people get with the program
