No Communication – Failure to cancel order

Ordered from Printerinks.com Samsung laser toner. After 4 days no item arrived. Checked online only to find item still shown as an order. Then found out ONLY AFTER CAREFUL checking that there is no stock. Stock levels are not shown at order placement. Emailed and called several times to cancel order as these items are in stock elsewhere and as a business we cannot wait for stock to arrive. No emails back only automated response and no one will take calls. Called today Friday at 5.33pm (again for the third time) UK time only to find answer phone message saying call back in our usual business hours which are 9am to 6pm...Still 25 mins before they close and according to them they are already shut! I will never purchase from them again and hope that everyone picks this up and avoids this company!. Next stage is a call to our credit card company to rasie a complaint and get our funds back.
