No Call From Corp. After being Threatend by Emoloyee

I was told by the manager I would be contacted as by the customer service agent I spoke to. I was Threatend By an Employee with Physical Harm Put in a complaint no call back it's been over 24 hours guess they want my attorney and police involved when all they had to do was call User's recommendation: Stay away.
