we have made a booking for family of four , on the 06/07/21 under quote ref; TT-BQ-1061***-* and booking reference TT 817416, I also make a payment of £200. I called the company yesterday the 09/07/21 to an extra payment of unfortunately no booking was found........????? from 12pm I was trying to get hold of some one to help unfortunately no chance the!!!!!!!!! by 20.30pm I did menage to speak to someone then he said no booking found and he was offered me new package holiday at extra cost . can some call me urgently to explain the issue please find we are ;looking forward for someone can resolve the issue I believe you not allowed to take any payment unless a booking it's made
