Went on to the website and- surprise! the only available rooms are listed under the cash option. Why in the *** do I have to pay for something if I've already got points and have paid the ridiculous maintenance fees?! F U Festiva! It's cheaper to book an all inclusive vacation literally anywhere than it is to deal with your company. We're dumping this steaming pile of crap as soon as possible.
