No assistance with a lost in transit order

Update by user Apr 12, 2021 So I finally received my product, BUT, by me contacting the Post Office and following up, NOT by the Company / Shipper doing ANYTHING! They never contacted me nor assisted me with the issue... it was “all on me”... so actually NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION through the company, only by my efforts with the post office! NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this company nor do I recommend anyone else purchasing from them!! Original review posted by user Mar 13, 2021 I have been ordering from this company since 2016 with no issues. My latest order shipped on Feb 16th and seems to be "suck / lost" in transit. I have contacted both Fight Fast and USPS regarding this, with nothing being resolved. While I am aware that the Pandemic is effecting shipping all over, the response I have received from Fight Fast in regards to this despite several e-mails is basically "OH WELL, TOO BAD, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM TO RESOLVE!" HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as they used to be a good company to purchase from, I guess my only resolve at this point is a charge back on my CC and to spread the word as much as possible regarding this experience and their obvious "non-existent" customer service! User's recommendation: Obviously purchase elsewhere.
