No answer on phone. No reply to email

When I created my account I made a typo in my email address. Now I cant change it because the one type code is being sent to A NON-existent (or not mine) email address therefore I CANNOT CORRECT MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT. No one at ticket master will answer the phone and I have sent three requests to fix the problem with zero replies. Very frustrated.
