Trying to contact customer service to return item. Getting a busy signal at (305) 760-****. Would like to speak with someone about this matter. Do not need or want 2 of the same items! Please have someone contact me ASAP as to how I should proceed User's recommendation: Make sure you can contact company after your order is placed.
