Me and my family arrived on Sunday July 26th at around230pm. We noticed immediately that it was hot in our room. I called the front desk and was told it was being worked on. At 530om I called the front desk and was told it was fixed and would have to wait for the room to cool down. At930pm the room still wasnt cool but now Im at the front desk and the clerk says we can get a fan which is not acceptable so thy give us a portable ac. We leave to go out and return about midnit and the room isnt cool cuz the tape that was holding the ac filter in has fallen off so then maintenance comes to fix it. Then a couple hours later same thing happens we try to fix it well we just go to sleep in the uncomfortable heat. Then at 7 am I go to front desk and demand another room which me and my family had to pack up everything and move. Then the best thing is the room was a little cooler but stayed at73 in the thermostat as well as reaching 76 I just decided to deal whit it due to checking out the next day. My stay was very unpleasant and Im not happy.
